In October of 2003 I purchased, by phone, a laptop computer from EPC Parts. It was to be delivered in 14-28 days. By the end of November I began contacting EPC Parts and thus the "run around" began. Suffice it to say that by mid-January I cancelled my order and was told my checking account would be credited for the cancelled order within two to four weeks.
Here we are in April and my money has not yet been refunded. Phone calls have been repeatedly made to no avail - NOT ONE returned. E-mails are 'not deliverable' or never returned. I have all but given up hope I'll ever see my money again.
