Rip off, the least they could have done was let us save our pictures

I paid photopoint either $20 or $25 to use their service for a year; I had many digital photos stored there that cannot be replaced.

An email reporting impending doom would have been the least they could have done; I could have saved my pictures if that tiny formality had occurred.
