At the very least let us have our pictures back

It appears that i'm late in figuring-out that Photopoint has closed it's doors.

I had assumed that, as usual, i was only having problems accessing the account. Now i discover that it seems to be a more permanant situation.

I just want my photos back. The money is totally unimportant to me, though i am not a business user of photopoint and i certainly understand how anyone that is would feel differently.

What i am is a Webtv/MSNtv user, which means that i used photopoint because i have no other way of storing large amounts of photos.

I never dreamed that when i paid for my storage space that i might lose all my pictures.

Surely if they closed the site they would let us know beforehand and then i would worry about what i would do with them.

I would appreciate being included in any class action suit that comes about and also, i would appreciate being kept up to date on any contact information that becomes available.
