Today I tried and tried to get into my website at Photopoint but was unable to. I finally realized the website was closed! No advanced e-mail warning, no letter, no nothing from "the photopoint family", who didn't even have the common courtesy to warn paying customers their website would be closed—for how long? Is this a temporary closure or permanent? Who would know? What a dirty trick for them to pull! It is looking doubtful that any monies will be returned to newly paid customers. I should've been more careful about sending money to a company using a P.O. Box address in Canada, but they looked reputable. Apparently, they weren't.
I just barely completed a month of service as a deluxe member—$30 bucks for 30 days of service—that's a dollar a day! I downloaded hundreds of photos and notified hundreds of people over the internet about my website—now I look like a fool for supplying a non-working link that doesn't work! Photopoint, you really pulled a Grinch, and just before Christmas, too.
