This computer entices you into installing activity monitoring software on your computer. They say that they will reward you with Amazon gift cards for participating. One card for the first month. And then more if you complete three months. They also instruct you to simply install the software if you no longer wish to participate.
After participating for over a month, I decided to check in on their website to see the status of my reward. The website would not allow me to sign in. I requested a lost password procedure and that didn't work either. I wrote their tech support asking what the problem was. I received a form letter that they were looking into the matter. I sent a second email requesting information again. I finally received an email that stated that I had requested removal from the research panel - which I never did because 1) I would have either had to sign into the website to do that 2) I would have received a confirmation email to that effect, and 3) I would have immediately removed the monitoring software if I had consciously decided to stop participating in their "program". Trust me, when it comes to being rewarded for my efforts I am very thorough with my record-keeping.
So basically, their spyware has been running on my computer for nearly two months, gathering who knows what data and transmitting it back to them in the name of marketing research and when you say "hey, why haven't I been rewarded?" They pull this nonsense.
Avoid these con artists at all cost. I am sure if you press the issue with them they will get very irate and start informing you that they have dirt on you about the contents of your computer. They are completely untrustworthy, outright deceptive and dangerous in every way.
