I have the Hollywood Premiere movie Pass and have gone on line to redeem the pass and it says, "We're sorry, Comcast gift cards are currently unavailable, please check back soon. I called comcast and spoke with Rhonda. She told me to call 888-344-3589 which I did and got this message; "We are sorry we are unable to process your gift card at this time. Please try later. I am absolutely frustrated with this company and if I receive no satisfaction I am going to terminate services.
