I delivered some bras I requested and fortunately had the return followed. They came on August 22.By two nights before I ultimately received my reimbursement. But I'd to continuously chase the "customer support" division concerning the return. They explained they never received the return. I subsequently offered them the USPS tracking data. They stated it possibly visited another person within the building they'd need to perform due diligence. Per month passes and that I notice nothing from their website. I email them again. Again they stated they did not obtain something to deliver them the following number. I'd USPS deliver me reveal mail of the cargo that we subsequently submitted to LingerieParkway. Not really a term from their store apart from a contact of my purchase having a notice about the standing remaining "return 15% restocking charge." Therefore nearly 8 weeks once they obtained the return I get my reimbursement. I delivered them a contact saying they've some severe testicles in it getting me a restocking charge after all of the hounding I'd to complete to obtain them to complete their work. Craptacular customer support.
