Put order on 10/5/08. On 10/13/08 organization stated purchase was delivered. Was subsequently informed purchase might deliver on 10/17/08 and might get 7-10 business days to get. Ended order on 10/16/08.organization subsequently explained purchase had delivered on 10/16 and that I could be billed 15% restocking charge to come back item. No-return policy is mentioned on the site. I delivered item unopened upon getting it and informed organization of return.
Never received an answer or any credit whatsoever from organization. Submitted challenge with my creditcard. Prostate Rx had thirty days to react. They never replied. Our credit card released me a complete credit. Main point here: Prostate Rx has got the toughest customer support I've previously experienced. They never offered me a credit as guaranteed after I delivered the merchandise unopened. Worst experience having a business I Have ever endured. Consumer beware!
