I had the same unpleasant experience with Prosource Wireless that many others have complained about on this and other "review/complaint" websites. These guys sell what appear (at least on their webpage) to be about the same 7" or 10" screen Netbooks as are carried by various big-box electronic retailers. They are not and are actually cheaply made, barely functioning "toys" which do not and will not function at even a most basic level — I could not surf a website (machine was too slow to even scroll & error & security messages popped up which locked up the netbook). I could not even log in to my e-mail site. I returned the netbook (paid the $13 return shipping; fair I suppose), but was charged the same 25% "restocking fee" that others have complained about (even though the unit was only used 5 minutes, was in perfect "original" condition & the plastic protective wrapping was not even removed). Also, as others have complained about, the memory and battery "upgrades" (yeah. Right.) are NOT REFUNDABLE at all and I, too, only received a $71 credit on my $120 order. THIS IS A SCAM and I advise everyone to stay AWAY from these folks. GOOGLE the company's address and you will see a map of a residential condo complex in Boca Raton, FL&I imagine we have a bunch of college kids operating out of the spare bedroom of their condo (just my guess folks... And only MY opinion!). But, buyer beware!!!
