On. Oct. 3 I ordered a netbook from ProSource Wireless. They took money out of my account Oct. 4th I received netbook on Oct. 25th, it was garbage, useless, did not work.
I started calling ProSource & was given a Return Authorization # to ship it back to Prosource which I did. Yet they refuse to refund my money!!! They have the netbook & my 94.99!!!
I've complained to 7 agencies of which 5 are no help at all. Thankfully Florida's Attorney General is now taking our complaints seriously and are investigating them!!! We've made some progress!!!
This company hangs up on, yells at & is lied to by "customer service". They rip off everyone who buys from them. So many people had their Christmas's ruined because they believed ProSource Wireless sent them quality merchandise. They should be shut down so they can never steal from innocent victims again!!!
