Dell sold what they never had and destroyed me totaly! Thinking of opening a repare business I knew Apple sold electronic repare programs but it had been years since my training and I thought I would check to see if any other companies sold them. Dell told me they had a package deal of electronic repare programs that should take care of about anything I should ever need so I ordered them in a 4- gig Pentium with all it's functions so I could write my own programs. They also said it came with 3 years of total protection that covered anything period;even virus.
They sent a 1-gig DimensionE521 and when I called within their return period they cussed me and told me they would throw it in the trash and I would have to pay for it anyway. I got so mad I had a stroke forgetting all my electronic training the order was for in the first place. Then Dell lied well over a year promiseing my repare programs when they knowingly never had them until I had a heart attack upon them telling me they never had them. I have fussed for years to get an over charge off me because Dell on call told me Dell charged me for the repare programs. Wal-mart sold it for a little over $600.00 but I was charged over double that. I was also charged around 238 for virus that was promised free. I ordered two things and got the wrong items again.
So I have never gotten anything ordered. If it were me selling what I never had I would be put in jail. My heart has stopped 13 times lately and started back two months ago with the shock paddles and told I can die anytime. So I guess Dell will kill me. Their nickname is true for them (DELL_HELL) for thats all I have gotten is too much Hell for a Honest person to take!!! It seems the rich can do as they please in this country now - just look around! I tried to get help from consumer protection but it seems the big co. Run everything now. I even called the media. Emailed the Presadent;senators; the cabinet; everyone I could. No help period! I will see what I can do in court about this but I haven't even had a ticket in over 33 years so I don't know how court works. If the politicians help is anything like I guess I'm out of luck. They said on mational tv that it was totaly against the law in every country in the world for a co. To sell what they never had and force payment on a different item lately. All but this one it seems to me for Dell did it and lied well over a year promiseing what they never had.
Dell promised 6 times to take this off me and dell/DFS promised twice so both are total liers and fraud. The states were paid and the customers were left for themselfs. New York at least has tried to help it's citizens fight Dell's fraud While Dell has made millions from fraud and lies. The U.S. Needs to help it's citizens more instead of the rich co. Thats destroying it in my openion!!! I truely feel some of them need to be charged with TREASON!!!
