I ordered service from Wild Blue on October 3. On the day I ordered it, I was never informed that once I took that plunge, I was locked in for 2 years. It does not show this on their sales website. When I questioned a customer service representative on this, I was told that they do not have to tell the customer since they don't offer the option to cancel within 30 days. I am now trapped in a 24 month commitment of absolute nothingness... I really wish that there was something that could be used to force them to let unhappy customers out of their contracts.
