Upon initial contact the company represents they are professional and have experience and capacity to fund Five Million Dollar Social Network Project in Entertainment Industry. It appears Marlo lacks understanding of high Tech world and there are large gaps in his knowledge to structure a deal. He acknowledges the fact he lacks the understanding but has the capacity to fund the project. He wants more detail in trade secrets and solution. He use the Brokers good name
to represent that he is good standing character and how he is Marine. I should trust him and he will send over NDA and will not compete signed papers.
