I am full of murderous RAGE due to Marlo's HORRIBLE customer service.
I bought a $2,000 bedroom set, and when the delivery man installed my vanity mirror to the dresser, it was extremely uneven. It was set all the way to the right. A BLIND person could have done a better job. Not to mention the mirror was BROKEN!!!
I tried contacting someone but there is no way to reach a human being on the wretched phone system. I called customer service, was on hold for at least half an hour, and when I finally got through to someone, they hung up on me.
I tried calling the showroom, but the switchboard operator was HORRIBLY inept. She said she'd transfer my call, so i waited and when someone picked up the line it was HER again. I complained about not being able to get through to anyone on the phone, and she was RUDE to me and HUNG UP ON ME!!! Never in my life have I been treated so horribly on the phone.
Marlo is TERRIBLE!!! The people are rude and incompetant. They SCREWED UP my furniture, and there was no way for me to talk to anyone about it, and the people I could talk to were rude and hung up! I am violently angry. I will never EVER deal with Marlo again in my life.
As a matter of fact I am soo outraged at Marlo's unprecedented ineptitude and indifference for their faults that I am going to contact every local tv station and offer them the story of Marlo's dispicable scam. Noone should ever have to deal with this.
Don't buy from Marlo!!! It's a nightmare!!
