I requested a Cash Out of $92 on Feb. 1 and NEVER recieved. I contacted customer service 10 times and never got a response. Commonwealth of Dominica

I requested a Cash Out of $92 on Feb. 1 and never received it. I submitted 10 tickets to customer service concerning this issue but each ticket I submitted was immediately 'closed' without a response. And now I can not 'log-in' to my account...
