While I do appreciate the pointofmail website and what they do, I find their customer service hideous. I was with pointofmail for a year, but only used the service for the first 5 months. When I was automatically charged this last month I immediately (the same day, minutes later) cancelled my service and requested to be contacted regarding a refund. I submitted my information and was never contacted.
The first email was submitted on October 16th, immediately after the charge. The second email was submitted on October 19. Neither received a reply. On October 29 I submitted a bill to them via paypal with another explanation. I still have heard nothing.
My biggest complaints about this online company are these:
They have poor customer service, no return emails, no published phone numbers.
They do not state a return policy on their website.
I would expect that if they could not refund my money they would just send me an email stating that. However, without a written return policy and the fact that I immediately cancelled my subscription, I would expect them to refund my money or part of it.
