Ripoff auction hours inefficient dishonest irresponsible

I've used Ebay to purchase many things, if any one of those purchases went wrong I can only blame myself for not being careful enough. This past 2 weeks I've tried to auction off something but Ebay kept on excusing itself when there is problem with my auctions blaming it on Ebay's system failure.

I went through the listing procedures and when I am done, I realize no one can find it in Ebay's search engine. No matter how general those word can be, my listing will not show up. It's as if my listing does not exist. I pay the same amount of fees as others, yet I lose at least 2 hours off of my auction hours because Ebay's system "takes time to upload things". It never happens to any other regular users with tons of feedback.

Ebay treated me as if I don't know what I am doing just because I am a new seller. It isn't listing on the "users manuals/sell's manuals". When I complaint that there's a problem, those customer service people takes "24 - 48 hours" to respond. By the time those people can do something, my auction is almost at an end. Why should I pay for auctions that were never view by anyone.

Ebay also did nothing to compensate for my losses, yet making me pay the same amount of money.
