Ripoff fraudulent $9.95 credit card charge. Nationwide

I found a $9.95 charge from EWS-DESIGN.com on my credit card statement. I have no idea what this company is, and from the other reports filed here, I think it is a scam of some sort... I'm going to look into it and see what I can find.
