Order was supposedly shipped on 3/1/04. It was placed on 2/4/04. I never received the order, and my credit card was charged for about $200.00!!!
I saw the rebuttal written by digital threadz on this websdite, replying to a different complaint, implying that there was only a mistake with this girl because she mailed in her check. Well, they did everything on mine online, and I haven't received my order either. Moreover, they haven't responded to any of my emails, which have provided my order number, date of shipment, and all other information needed to reply to me. I've emailed them 5 times; I have yet to receive a response.
I have reported this to the better business bureau and also attorneys in Houston. They will get this problem resolved if digital threadz continues to ignore me.
