I tried justhost.com and registered my Domain name with them. Paid their fees and was billed incorrectly right away. It was a huge hassle to request a refund for the extra charges. The website builder was not user friendly enough for me, so I requested to transfer my hosting to a different host. That was a hassle also, and justhost.com was not helpful at all with the process. After, I finally got it transferred, I got billed incorrectly again and had to go through the refund process a second time. After 60 days, I requested to transfer my Domain registrar.
I received an email confirming cancellation and refund fo the final charges for my domain. What I thought was transfer confirmation, was not. They never transferred my domain, they just cancelled my service through them, so when my year was up, I no longer had my domain name. I could not access my website or my emails. This hurt my business in a huge way.
