CapitolDomains.com hijacked my expiring domain which is also my legal company name

Wanfuchina & Capitol Domains hijacked my expiring domain name, http://anoccasiontocelebrate.com

I created this domain name because it is also my corporation's legal business name. Wanfuchina's use of this hijacked domain is detrimental to my business because it is being used as a sponsored ads page pointing to competitor's sponsored ads.

I renewed my domain hosting as usual, but was not able to renew my domain name as usual when the domain was expiring because wanfuchina bought it out from under me. If this domain were just another domain name I would just call this situation bad timing, but I do not want another company using my corporate name in domain name form.

I invite anyone who can help with this situation to contact me, and if wanfuchina wants to relinquish this domain without furthur misuse, I will consider the matter closed.
