Student Prime Cancelled

Amazon introduced Student Prime with great fanfare last fall. I signed up for my free account through my college and enjoyed receiving textbooks shipped free.

Then (I'm guessing it's because my university switched e-mail providers) Amazon Student Prime cancelled my free account because I had "transferred" the account. I paid the $39.00 to have Student Prime started again. Made one purchase with the the Prime Account and was cancelled again because (Student Prime said) I opened other accounts with my. Edu address. I called and asked to speak with Student Prime - they do not have phone lines for public to call. I've sent e-mails asking for when, where, and how I shared the account and all I'm told is that I did.

Two Saturday's on the phone, numerous e-mails and apparently it's my fault even though no one can say what and how I opened other accounts with the. Edu address.

I've given up receiving an explanation, but I would like a refund of my $39.
