On Sat 9/10 I received an email with a video from a morning show segment touting the wonderful deals from ZBIDDY. I logged on and was asked for my credit card to register. (should have been a red flag) I did give my visa no. And completed the registration. Sixty dollars was charged to my card. However, when I tried to actually get on to the site and bid on products, I was unable to do so. I did contact their support system and was told by Leanne to basically clear cookies etc and try again. I did so and tried to get on the site multiple times without success. I then decided to cancel my registration and contacted the company multiple times leaving messages. However, this time I received no response. This all took place within approximately 1-2 hour timeframe. So now, I am charged the $60 and no communication from this company.
