Follow-up on success of 3-way talk with Zbiddy

I wrote last week about a 3-way conference call (which my credit card rep initiated) with himself, Zbiddy, and myself last week. I wrote it probably was a better way to dispute Zbiddy’s charges than to deal directly with Zbiddy customer service. Sure enough, as was promised, Zbiddy didn't post any charges to my credit card after the call. Yeah! Maggiehillmrs
