Upon receiving an email from CCS Skate shop, on their catalog orders, I looked through it for my son and saw the promo code for $15 off if you order $75 dollars or more and it had to be ordered by 9-6-11 which I did. My order came to $90. You had to look up the item and it would tell you the availability in sizes. I placed the order. But I then get an email that the shoes have to be back ordered and then it said they were no longer available. I was then charged the $15 which was taken off for the promo deal. When I placed the order for over the $75, this was only done because of the discount. When the company says the items are available, they should be available. It is not my fault that the item / or items are not available as stated and then I am charged for shipping. I would have never ordered to begin with. This is a rip off. I called customer service and they said they would refund $1.99. Big deal. That is how they make their money by lying about product availability, saying you will get a discount and then not giving it to you.
