I made a purchase at the end of January as I had inadvertantly deleted a graphics driver from my laptop. I did the scan as recommended and the missing driver was detected but there wasn't an immediate driver download available. I was informed to email the driver update support team to request the driver and informed they would get back to me with a suitable driver. Still no response by February 1st, so i emailed them to request a refund. I had a friend manage to locate and upload a driver for me from the Toshiba website the day or two before that. So when i received an email saying they were happy to provide a refund but to resubmit a scan so they could investigate the driver issue I informed them that I couldn't redo the scan as i now had the driver installed. I have received no further contact despite emailing twice and asking Paypal to look at it.
