Online Trade Training
This Company is a complete fraud and is attempting to avoid giving me a refund. Portsmouth

This company is a complete fraud. I saw the company and thought they were legitimate. I was obviously wrong. I signed up for the $97 program. While signing up, I was asked if I wanted to take advantage of a membership in my area so I said yes. There was no mention of another charge, nor was I given my total to verify before my payment was processed. After it was processed, I saw that I had been charged an additional $297 to be in this special program. I immediately contacted the company and they told me that $297 was written and I must have overlooked it. If I am desperate enough to try to find a way to make money at home, then I am not going to miss a charge for $297 let alone authorize it. If they have nothing to hide, then why would they not give you a breakdown of your total like every other company in the world.

So I was told that I would be given a refund once the hard copy of the book was sent to me and I returned it. I received the book weeks later and returned it to the company. I got delivery confirmation so they would not be able to say that they did not receive it. I spoke with a representative via email named Mark Bradley (probably made up), and was told that my refund had been processed when I sent the book back. I was told that it should take 10 days. After about 15 days I contacted them again and he told me that it could take up to 30 days to get the refund. So I got lots of apologies but still no funds.

Fast forward to today. I got another email from who knows who saying that basically someone who didn't know what they were doing had processed my refund and that they now used another merchant to process their orders and there is no way that they could refund it through their new merchant. I was told that another option was to get a paper check if I had complied with all of their requests. I haven't mentioned that I was sent a second book from them. Since the refund was supposed to be processed, I didn't get delivery confirmation the second time because like a fool I took them at their word and thought they would do the right thing.

They have got to be insane if they think I'm going to quietly go away and just give them $384 for a bogus program. I will let every one that I can know, and seek legal counsel if I have to. Why can't people just do the right thing?! Who has money these days to just give to complete strangers? I certainly don't.
