I cancelled my acct at end of month so that i would not be charged for next month as i needed to save some money that is why i canceled my acct-
What did they do they charged my acct for the next month and now the wont credit me for 2mths -
Customer service reps were very very rude and did not care to do anything to compensate what they did -
I originally thought that i would return to them as a customer once my finances worked out but i would never never never return to them -
Because of the time i had to spend on the phoen away from
my job, and the amount of times it took to cancel my acct and to get a credit that they shouldnt have charged -
America online has much friendly staff and offers compensation for customers that are upset
