Back in May I requested that all my services be closed through web.com I then changed my hosting and everything associated with the web.com over to godaddy. I noticed in June that web.com still charged my credit card even though I canceled my acct, I then called them and they went on to tell me that i didnt actually cancel my acct, they said that I only requested my domain password, which I new was a lie, but I went ahead and re-cancelled my acct. I have been charged $35.00 a mo since may (Todays date is 9/30), every month I call in and they give me the same song and dance how I havent actually cancelled my acct. Web.com is a scam, tomorrow I will be reporting them for charging my credit card without permission. Buyer Beware stay away from web.com
