This is not free, said one time fee 14.99,20 downloads a month. Sounded good! The ringtones downloaded, worked one day and the next they were no where to be found. No one to call, since they don't give you the option to charge to your phone carriers account no way to dispute or fix... Shame on you! Do not use!
