Poetry.com deleted poetry without notice

I entered over 25 poems through Poetry.com. I went back through the website and found that it has been changed top lulupoetry. When i went to look up my poetry i could not find it.
When i contacted the contacts, i was told the poems are there but my password and sign in are Deleted.
