Hello ALL, I saw a add about AT&T Internet Service in one of its retail site BroadBandNational.com with a discount. I placed an order for Internet Service with $109.50 for Equipment Cost. I didn't receive the equipment in time. Luckily i again contact AT&T about its status. That time they said without shame that the current offer is not valid at this time and the guy who spoke with me (BroadBandNational.com person even though he said AT&T) not aware of it.

I got angry and said i don't want the service cancel it and also I ask her how do i send the equipment. She said, once you receive the equipment simply give it to UPS. She didn't even tell about RMA number which AT&T maintains to track the return equipment. I spoke with AT&T people again and get the RMA number gave it to UPS.

After 2 weeks, i got a bill saying that i have to pay the equipment cost $109.50. Again i spoke with her about it. AT&T People said, we haven't yet received it may be delay at UPS end. I told her that it has a RMA number can you track using it. She said, I'm not aware of the Tracking number.

After 2 weeks, again i got another bill and they mentioned that it will sent to debit collection agency. Again I spoke with AT&T people and argued with them. Now they transferred call to tracking department. There they found that the equipment was received 2 weeks back but that was not updated in the records.

Now i'm getting calls from Debit collection company. What shall i do now.
