Quibids appears to be using bots to make auctions go over the price of the item being sold. Also giving free bids for any number of reasons, which makes it hard to be competitive for those not receiving freebies. Also despite numerous requests to investigate, Quibids refuses to clean up its own sandbox, allowing certain repeat bidders to bid on every big bid pak, getting cumulative bids in the thousands so that they overpower every other bidder with their cheap (won at lower price than retail) bids. Notorious bidders like "goliermom" and "MTNestin" repeatedly overbid and are suspected bots. You can pretty much depend on the ones with all capital letters are fake or possibly just stupid bidders - I won't even stay in an auction when they come on.
Long and short - if Quibids doesn't start paying attention they will fail just like others. Too bad, because their software format and fast delivery of won items made them stand out from the crowd. Now that there are no bargains, it's no fun and of no further interest to me. Watch yourself if you try to play. Their tutorial coaches beginners to get in early and strong, so the hapless beginners spend all their dough on the beginning stages, then the value is all skewed out of sight. At the last minute, the big guns swoop in and grab the prize. You'll also notice that when the bidding is hot and heavy you can't get a break nor a win. But when you give up, miraculously the auction ends within 5 or so bids - happens repeatedly. Well orchestrated, and very suspicious!
