I been time warner customer for 5 yrs. Recently i upgrade service to triple play. But rep told me i would get back my $200.00 if i break my contract from dish net work. I did and untill i am 5 month in new service and mo money yet. I have called 14 times (each call 1/1/2 hr..) my issue is still not resolve...
