Money paid for ringtones, and website is no longer running

I paid a 1 year fee to download ringtones a year ago. Never had a problem during that year accessing the web site. I renewed my membership this year, and initially had no problem. For the past 2 months the web site has not been running and there is no way to get in touch with anyone to request a refund.
