Funtonia.com Ripoff! Signed one year subscription for $23 and received nothing! It is a scam. Dont do it!

I signed a one year contract for ringtones on funtonia.com. It let me download them but there is no way to get them to your phone. They know this and they keep stealing peoples money. They have to be stopped. I am very scared that they have my credit card number and are going to rip me off further.
