Sam order over $90 of hair care products. I received all but one product, Pravana Hair Masque. I informed Sam via email and he assured me that he would send it as it was on back order. The original order

I order over $90 of hair care products. I received all but one product, Pravana Hair Masque. I informed Sam via email and he assured me that he would send it as it was on back order. The original order was Oct 11. Emailed Sam several times after original contact, no response to date. Also to note the Pravana Shampoo was watered down and I also informed Sam of this and no response. Never received the hair masque conditioner!
