I Purchased 2 Ultimate Game Cards (20.00 Each) for a total of $40.00 in order to take advantage of a Runes of Magic Special Diamond Promotional Limited Time Sale. The Cards indicate that you can instantly Redeem them for virtual currency on over 1000 sites. All you supposedly have to do according to the cards instructions is go to the site and select your game and amount of currency/tokens/diamonds that you want to purchase. This is FAR From what actually happens.
I followed the instructions exactly. There is a huge glitch - I suspect this might be on purpose to give them use of your money for a longer time period. (In other words Floating Money or Cash Flow)
I wanted to purchase the Runes of Magic $39.99 package which was on sale for a few hours... instead of getting 1000 diamonds - you get 2250. I went to support prior to ever going to the Walmart to purchase the Ultimate Game Cards and asked them if their cards were instantly redeemed. I was told it takes "minutes" for the checkout process. I got home and placed my order - and realized when I chose Ultimate Game Card as my payment method that they only have the cart set up to take one card not two or multiple cards. Since my purchase was $39.99 not $20 - I needed to be able to enter two cards not one. I went to their live chat support and asked what to do - they said go ahead and enter my second card and it would work. (To go through the steps again and enter my second card #) I did this and still got an error. I contacted their Live rep again and was told oh your cards redeemed instantly but your order will not be processed for 24 - 48 hours. Which means I would miss the Runes of Magic Special Sale. I told them that a rep had promised me the cards were instant and that my order would take "Minutes" to process, they said they were sorry for the technical glitch but I would be contacted soon. I still have not been contacted - I have gone to their support multiple times and asked for help and every time I am told that my "ISSUE" has been forwarded to the appropriate team for additional resolution. (Code for Pass the Buck)!!!
I contacted them one final time and asked for my diamonds (2250) or a refund. They refused. The cards show redeemed but I have not received ANYTHING for my $40.00.

I want my 2250 Diamonds! I contacted the local police and filed a report, I also plan to contact the FBI internet Crime Division as well as the BBB.
They take your money and use it for days and good luck getting any help - because their support system is the worst I've ever come across online. I would never ever buy another Ultimate Game Card or use the Playspan Site for anything - I highly recommend you try a more reputable site like Zeevex.com - They have instant support and instant redemption. I have used their cards many times and never once had an issue with the order processing. They allow you to enter multiple codes and their support is awesome!
