Unauthorized shipments!

I keep receiving cards that used to do not purchase. I requested 4 cards in a unique price of $2.00 each. I since have obtained 4 extra cards that used to do not purchase or do I'd like them. I named PosterPass at 1-877—807-2929 and talked to some customer support representative. I had been informed that for every cargo of 2 cards the price is $48.00. Nevertheless, I had been informed that I really could deliver the cards back to get a complete refund. They shut my bill (that we did not understand I'd).

I Have order-good quality cards, which these aren't, for significantly less cash! This can be a complete fraud!
