I had bought web hosting with Dailyrazor.com in April this year 2011 and also renewed an old domain two months prior in case visitors needed to be redirected to my new site.
The deal was good unlimited hosting and everything until I notice my site was running super slow and down all the time.
I was contacting them every other day about the issue and they will fix it, but I knew that it wasn't suppose to be down all the time. Then 6 months later my domain was expired. The first notice included this statement:
Notice: Not paying outstanding debts will cause suspension of all provided services.
Debt? I paid for the service before I received it, me not wanting to continue service doesn't concluded I'm in debt. I bought the domain separately two months before I bought my hosting my hosting. I contacted the customers service and they refused to restore my hosting I bought for one year unless I pay for the domain I clearly don't want anymore.
I was smart to backup everything two days prior, don't trust them.
