I have never had such POOR customer service in my life. They never called me once I dropped off my computer for a FREE estimate. I had to call them to find out what was going on. After telling them that I wanted them to fix my computer they failed to put in my work order. 13 days later, I call to find out what was going on because I still had not received a phone call, they told me the part was still being ordered. Long story short they whole experience was horrible, and the price was a total rip-off. Just stay away from this place.
