Called ATT to report sluggish DSL speeds. Spent the next 3 hours
getting mis information, phone call backs that went dead.
Outsourced call centers to other countries added to lack
of effective communication.
Their escalation process does not work well. Went round
and round with poorly trained personnel. Problem resolved
for unknown reasons.
Avoid this company at all costs and select the local cable company
if it is an option. Pay more, get more.
I am done with these morons and their lack of
real customer service.
