Slow service

I'm presently resting in Heathrow having a late trip (again) and BOINGO instant support is extremely sluggish (again). This occurs in additional airports aswell, as BOINGO seemingly have a monopoly. I actually donot mind paying but I anticipate great support after I achieve this.
