I have used Boingo for many years, originally on a pay as you go at many airports, and then converted to the monthly charge that allowed me to connect anytime and as often as I wanted at many different airports within a month for only the one fee.
They had helped me several times with login issues by calling the 877 number and after not traveling for nearly 11 months, I called to cancel the service and they stopped the charges as of that day without issue.
For me the Boingo service was excellant for nearly 6 years.
