Net Zero
NetZero ripoff They took money out of our bank account after date of cancellation and told us it would be 2 months before we get the money back.internet

On 2/17/04 we cancelled our service with NetZero and again on 2/26/04 called to verify this. On 2/27/04 they withdrew funds from our checking account for advance payment of three months that wasn't authorized by us. We were told we would have to wait 2 months to get our money back. We called before our renewal date and requested that no more money be taken for further payment.
