I ordered a product and got an e-mail stating it will be mailed out within 2-5 business days. My card was charged and a month has passed. I called and talked with "Charles" and he said that he was going to ship it. I called again a week later and talked to "Charles" again and he apoligized and said he was going to ship it the first thing the following week because his new shipment was coming in. Then I called again and now his number is not working.
