I signed up with this ripoff service, then immediately canceled it the same night after realizing it was an AOL product, which was in fine print only. I never actually finalized loading the servie on my computer, so when i was charged the next month, i immediately called to complain, and was tole the charge would be taken off, and the service canceled. Four monthe went by before i noticed i had continued to be charged. I was furious, and called to complain, and after a long, frustrating runaround, finally got a confirmation number for the cancellation. Now, i have been charged TWO more additional months, and nad called and gotten, after battleing with a rude and insistant rep, ANOTHER confirmation number. I am following up with federal complaints and with wal-mart headquarters. They have stolen money from me for seven months. STAY AWAY from this service. It is like a virus you can't get rid of... Shame on you, Wal-Mart!
