I pay over $150/mo and the DVR and cable box NEVER WORK. I usually dont complain about poor service bc I know nothing comes of it but this is just ridiculous. It has become a daily problem and no matter who I speak with in customer service its never fixed. Everyone has a different story. They send a tech out but Im not sure what they do... DirecTV is looking amazing right about now.
