AT&T Promised me 12 months of DSL Xtreme for $14.95 a month. They do this bogus billing thing where they make you pay full price a few months, then give you a credit to get your actual cost back to 14.95. That, they did as promised. Then, for the last 5 months, I've had a $37.95 charge, with a $23 credit. Fine. But in May, I get only a $5 credit. They stole $18 from me. So I call and spend an hour getting bounced around their call center. Finally, I get my $18 back. Now this month's bill, still only a $5 credit! So they stole the $18 from me again! These guys are scum.
