We sign up for verizon bundle packege services we had a adgrement of one hundred and 3 dollers plus tax per month well the first month they billed us fo 185 dollers we went to the store and complained we got nowere with them they said the first month is high never got a compleate answere from them as why the second month it was 172 dollers we asked why it was so high all we got was double talk from their rep the third month was the same i threw a fit in their office and they were gonna called the cops on me because i could not get a answer for any of my qwestions could not even get a balence out of them who would not be mad i have since canceled my service and went back to brighthouse who i should never left in the first place they have very good service and the bill is always the same do not use verizon they do not stick to their contract
